Common areas for injection of neurotoxin in the upper face are the glabella (eleven lines), frontalis (forehead), and orbicularis oculi (crow's feet), and frown lines. Microneedling involves using a piece of equipment, at Glóa we use the E Pen, that makes multiple punctures in the skin. These punctures stimulate the body's healing process, which increases the skins elastin and collagen production. This helps reduce the appearance of acne scars. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) can be used for hair restoration. PRP stimulates hair growth, can increase hair thickness and protects from premature shedding of hair follicles.
